Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This privacy policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the website at triumphmentalhealth.com. It does not cover the separate client portal and scheduling system (SimplePractice), which has its own privacy notice and its own protections for health information.

Who we are

Triumph Mental Health Counseling, LLC is a mental health counseling practice based in Florida. If you have any questions about this policy or about the information we hold, you can contact us at jpclark@triumphmentalhealth.com.

The information we collect

Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any message you choose to send. You decide what to include, so please do not enter sensitive health details in the website form. If you would like to become a client or discuss your care, we will move that conversation to a secure channel.

Information collected automatically. This website is designed to respect your privacy. It does not use tracking cookies, advertising tools or analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your browser type, device type and general region as part of delivering and securing the website. This information is handled in aggregate, is not used to profile you, and does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you send through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange next steps if you choose to move forward. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build a profile of you.

Booking and client care

If you decide to book or become a client, that process happens through SimplePractice, a secure platform designed for healthcare practices. Any health information you share as part of your care is handled under that system's protections and under the practice's clinical privacy obligations, separately from this website.

How your information is stored and shared

Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree, a form-processing service, which passes your message to us by email so we can reply. Formspree acts as our service provider and processes this information on our behalf. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics that identify individual visitors. Because of this, there is no cookie banner: there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. Any strictly necessary technical data is handled by our hosting provider as described above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email us at jpclark@triumphmentalhealth.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
